Federal Mahogany Card Table

Concord, New Hampshire, circa 1810

Mahogany with tiger maple and unusual
and distinctive alternating light and dark mahogany banding.

28 ½" high, 36" wide, 17 ½" deep

The veneers on this table relate to the case of an important Levi Hutchins
tall clock in the collection of the Currier Museum of Art as well
as another tall clock case with a movement by Abel Hutchins
sold at Sotheby's in September 2010.
